Check your email anywhere, anytime

With TreeCentric’s webmail, you can access your email no matter where you are—all you need is internet access. While using all of the same user settings, address book and scheduled tasks that you have on your work or home computer, you can read, send, and receive e-mails.

Block spam and viruses

TreeCentric uses leading anti-spam and anti-phishing techniques (which are updated daily) to protect your account from infection and unsolicited email. Emails that contain attachments with viruses are automatically deleted from the system. And your mailbox is kept clean of unwanted spam messages. In addition, you can maintain your own "safe" and "block" lists to protect your inbox even more.

Synchronize with your Outlook

If have Outlook 2000/2003, just synchronize your Outlook with your TreeCentric email, and your contact, calendar, and task information will be available wherever you are—automatically. So, if you’re away from the office, you’ll still have access to your calendar, tasks and contacts.

Share and share alike

Keep on schedule

With Treecentric’s calendar, scheduling appointments is simple. Simply highlight the appropriate time, and then type in details. Need to change how long an event lasts? Click and resize it. Has the date or time changed? Drag and drop it to the new time and date. Or, if you’d prefer, use right-click menus for simple scheduling.

Keep on top of your to-do list

Organize your business and personal life with Treecentric’s task management system. With the click of a few buttons you’ll define new tasks, create deadlines, and set up priorities. With a quick glance you’ll know whether a task is not-yet-due, past-due, or completed. So you’ll easily be able to track and manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Organize your contacts

With Treecentric’s sophisticated contacts management system, you can efficiently store all of your business and personal contacts in one place. Create extensive contact profiles with custom fields and sort with topics like sales, marketing, customers, or vendors.

Create multiple mailboxes

Create a mailbox for each of your employees, using your domain in the email address. For example, create ann@yourdomain.com and bob@yourdomain.com and each one will get its own mailbox, with its own username and password.

Receive e-mails by fax

TreeCentric allows you to receive email via your fax machine—which is especially helpful for fulfillment centers and sales representatives. Simply forward an e-mail address of your choice to your fax number and all those e-mails will go to that fax machine.
